Sophia LaRosa-Krivy
Sophia LaRosa-Krivy earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers School of law in 1995. She graduated Glassboro State College in 1992 Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Administration. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Ms. LaRosa-Krivy was a volunteer law clerk for the Honorable M. Allan Vogelson where she learned the various facets of family law matters. She reviewed court pleadings, performed legal research and discussed the cases with Superior Court Judge Vogelson. She was also a law clerk for The Law Offices of Costa, Vetra and LaRosa. While with Costa, Vetra & LaRosa, she assisted in the various aspects of personal injury cases. Upon graduation from Rutgers Law, Ms. LaRosa-Krivy worked at Helmer, Kassel & Stowell where her practice was centered on Administrative Law. She aided in the representation of police departments in prosecuting unfit police officers and also defended those unjustly accused. Ms. LaRosa-Krivy also worked for the solicitor of a large south jersey township where she handled various municipal issues.

Ms. LaRosa-Krivy currently specializes in representing physicians and diagnostic imaging facilities in recovering PIP receivables. Her clients include diagnostic imaging centers, medical doctors, osteopathic physicians, spinal surgeons, orthopedic surgeons and chiropractors. She handles PIP Arbitrations from the initial filing of the demand until the case is resolved. Ms. LaRosa-Krivy has recovered money owed to her clients because of incorrectly denied claims, unsupported adverse medical terminations and improper PPO deductions. She has also successfully fought to have surgical interventions that were initially denied by the insurance companies approved. Ms. LaRosa-Krivy also handles municipal court matters as well as Worker’s Compensation cases.
Ms. LaRosa-Krivy is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association and the Voorhees Business Association. She is also a Take Steps Executive Council Member of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation Philadelphia/Delaware Valley Chapter.
